The Service lets you create an account, upload your resume and related career information, generate tailored resumes and cover letters using artificial intelligence, and track your job applications. The Service is offered in free and paid ("Pro") tiers. Features may vary by tier and may change over time.
Materials generated by the Service are produced by AI models based on the information you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Paid Pro features are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of the resumes, documents, and other content you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service (including processing by our AI model providers to generate materials for you). You represent that you have the right to share Your Content with us.
The Service itself, including but not limited to its text, graphics, logos, product names, design elements, source code, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of HarborAI LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including job postings. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HARBORAI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HARBORAI LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HarborAI LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders by email. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HarborAI LLC with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
